This project consist of 7,052sqft of Science Lab Renovations including all Demolition, Structural, Masonry, Architectural finishes and Lab Casework as well as Plumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical to do work. This Work also includes a bid ADD Alternate for the addition of a new security wall located along the front fascade of the Art Buildiing. This work includes Demolition, Concrete, Structural, Masonry, and Doors. There will be a prebid scheduled on December 2nd @ 3:30pm. The question deadline is going to December 9th @ 3:00pm.
